1. hatred of men's facial hair and sideburns ...................................(privileges withheld if you have too much or wrong style) also length of men's hair.
2. clothing requirements................. ties/jackets/suits mandatory for ministry/talks/privileges....and sisters can freeze there ass of rather than wear a hilliary clinton pantsuit or they can not be on the school.

by wobble inthis must have been mentioned before,but now reniaa is back it could be fun.. if jw's are even part way to the truth,and all other religions are false, then they must have a doctrine that is unique to them,given by holy spirit, but plainly taught in the bible,without resorting to fancifull exegesis and bouncing around from verse to verse out of context etc.. what is that doctrine?.

The truth of the matter is all religions will spin their religious doctrines to establish that they are God's established spiritual
channel, call it a self serving identity, the JWS do it as proficiently as the any of the other religions around.
More important is their direct teachings and structuring to followers.

Demons

she reckons there is proof for poltergeists and other demonic happenings.
many dubs, including my parents-in-law and local elders, have similar tales.

imaginative results that foster the emotional thought suggestions and ideology of the supernatural .
In the very beginning of human history man has suffered through his own ignorance of the world
he lives in and the world that surrounds him.
Some of that of that unfortunate ignorance is still with us today .

Maybe JWS need to skip back a few hundred years and experience what it was like living in medieval times .
There was the black plague, a lot of wars, famine, pestilence, greed, lawlessness, earthquakes, floods, a life expectancy
that was @20 less than it is now.... and on and on .......
Maybe then they might reevaluate their thinking is this really " The End Times " ? as prophesied in the bible.

I was brought back once when I was about 16 with my father be my side, I had @ 3/4 of an inch of hair over my ears and one of the elders
told me I wasn't allowed to give any more talks or go out in service until my hair was cut above my ear.
I think a said something about why did Jesus have long hair and a beard as it was pictured in a Watchtower magazine.
The answer I got was that was because that was the normal and acceptable length in ancient times but its not the acceptable way to day.
Well the more I started to look at things the WTS. was pruning men to be acceptable to the WTS. as one of their marketable publishers.
( clean cut and shaved is more marketable as a salesmen for appearances )
A man's heart condition and righteousness shouldn't be measured by the length of his hair or if he has a beard or not.......ummmm

The reason religious cults like the JWS and others like them pull whatever bad and disastrous things that happen around the
world is that it brings a sense of viability to their proclamations and their structured doctrines.
I would very surprised if they didn't use this economic recession to their advantage and exploit it for what its worth..
